Administrative Council

The Administrative Council of the Global United Christian Movement (GUCM) serves as the central executive and operational body responsible for the effective functioning, governance, and implementation of the organization’s mission worldwide. Acting under the guidance of the Supreme Council, the Administrative Council ensures that all programs, policies, and initiatives of GUCM are carried out with integrity, transparency, and accountability.

The Administrative Council holds authority over day-to-day administration and strategic execution, including:

• Organizational Management: Overseeing internal operations, departments, staff, and volunteers across global and regional chapters.
   
• Policy Implementation: Executing resolutions, guidelines, and directives approved by the Supreme Council.
   
• Financial Administration: Managing budgets, monitoring expenditures, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with the Global Treasurer for responsible stewardship of funds.
   
• Program Coordination: Supervising GUCM initiatives such as prayer networks, humanitarian aid, education support, missionary programs, and community development projects.
   
• Chapter Oversight: Approving, guiding, and monitoring national and regional GUCM chapters to ensure alignment with GUCM’s vision, values, and standards.
   
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensuring legal, ethical, and governance compliance across all jurisdictions where GUCM operates.
   
• Communication & Reporting: Maintaining structured communication between chapters, councils, and leadership, and submitting regular performance and impact reports to the Supreme Council.
