One of the common things that people do when they feel troubled is to find some means by which they can find comfort or emotional refuge. Generally, this is a time when bad habits re-surface with their deceptive and vain promise to alleviate life’s struggles and discouragements. Although old habits might seem pleasurable for a little while their toxicity leave our self-effaced consciences in a worse state than if we would’ve ignored their fallacious invitations in the first place.
